Wenda Ashton Fisher is an integrative nutrition and wellness practitioner trained through

the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University. She holds

certifications in plant-based nutrition, menopause nutrition, and gut health.

Through Soma Whole Health, she provides personalized, evidence-based nutrition and

lifestyle coaching designed to support weight management, GLP 1 nutrition, metabolic health, and

hormone balance. Her work integrates plant-forward nutrition, strength-focused

movement, and structured lifestyle support to create sustainable, long-term results.
